Service and Support
Onboard Wireless provides support to customers who have purchased products from us. Use our Contact form to open a support ticket with us if you require technical support. Before submitting a support request, please be sure to check out our Resources page which includes links to manual, video and more and also check out our How-To articles which include detailed instructions for various connectivity situations. If contacting us for support, please include your product model and serial number in all support communications.
If you purchased products from other vendors or Amazon, or have purchased equipment from the original owner, please contact them for support.
Peplink products include one year of PrimeCare or EssentialCare support. These plans include warranty support and repair, InControl2 access and more. Information on Peplink Care plans can be found here.
After your included year of Care coverage, you must renew your support plan to extend your warranty and to continue to receive technical support from Peplink or Onboard Wireless.
Please use our Care offering order pages below to extend your plans. If you purchase your Care plan renewal from another vendor or Peplink, then please contact them for technical support.
PLEASE NOTE: Onboard Wireless no longer provides free technical support for products with expired Care plans or expired warranties. We also do not provide free support for second hand equipment. If you require support for these products, please order our consulting service.
