Onboard Wireless provides free pre- and post-sales support for the products we sell. We can provide basic guidance for installing your connectivity solution on your boat or vehicle.
For assistance with more complex integration projects, ongoing assistance with managing your solution or for support for products not purchased from us, please purchase this item. This fee is for one hour of service and / or consulting. If you need more, please purchase additional units.
Onboard Wireless’s founder, Doug Miller, has passed the Peplink certification exams for Peplink Certified Engineer and Peplink Certified Sales Specialist and the National Marine Electronics Association (NMEA) certification exams for Advanced Marine Electronics Installer and NMEA 2000 Installer.
