The Peplink Mobility 40G (formerly known as the Puma 401) is a 4G and 5G-ready multi-band antenna built for land-based mobile applications. It supports 4x4 MIMO for high bandwidth and solid reliability. It is also 5G-ready and supports a wide range of global cellular frequencies. The GPS receiver is equipped with high gain LNA, making it ideal for location tracking.

The Mobility 40G has a solid housing made of white UV stable plastic materials.

In the default configuration, the antenna comes with 6 feet of cable and the cable is terminated with SMA connectors for LTE and GPS. This makes it an ideal, easy-to-install antenna system for 4x4 cellular MIMO routers such as the Pepwave MAX BR1 Pro 5G Router or dual modem routers such as the Pepwave MAX Transit Duo LTE Router.

This antenna is also available in black and with QMA connectors. Call if you have a specific requirement.

Q: So how do you mount this antenna to the flat deck above the pilothouse? I note that your statement that the Peplink deck mount is too small to run all seven cables thru.

A: If you want to mount this flush on a deck, you can drill a hole the size of the antenna collar and pass it through and tighten the nut. There is a gasket included. If you want to use the Peplink Antenna Mount for Peplink Mobility Antennas this allows the Mobility antenna to be mated with any standard 1" 14TPI marine mount including the Peplink Antenna Base Mount. Note though that with the 7 wires with the Mobility 42G, this will not work but it will work with the 5 wires with the 40G. If you use the base mount then you need to drill a hole to pass through the deck. There are other options for passing cables out the side such as using the Morad M93.
