To order an extension to your Peplink EssentialCare service for your Peplink router, please place your order here.

Before placing your order, please read the plan information and renewal conditions on the Peplink EssentialCare page. Note there is also a more basic EssentialCare plan which is also available to you when you renew however we offer the EssentialCare+ plan as it is better value. Again, see the Peplink EssentialCare+ page for a description of the differences.

First, select the product tier for the product you own.

The tiers are as follows:

Tier A	APO AC Mini AP One Rugged Surf Soho Device Connector Max Adapter (Cat 6) APO AX Lite
Tier B	Balance 20 AP Pro APO Flex APO AX MAX Adapter (Cat 12)
Tier C	Balance One Balance One Core Device Connector IP55 SFE FlexModule Mini LTEA SIM Injector Mini AP Pro Duo
Tier D	8 Port Switch 16 Port Switch BR1 ESN AP Pro AX Device Connector IP67 FlexModule Mini 5G Balance 30 LTE Balance 30 Pro
Tier E	Balance Two 24 Port Switch 24 Port Switch Rugged
Tier F	48 Port Switch

Second, you can select the period for your extension which can be 1 year, 2 year or 4 year.

We will also need the serial number for your device. Please include this in the comment field.

Once your order is placed, the PrimeCare extension will be "pushed" to your device. Your device must be on and connected to the internet in order for this extension to be activated.

NOTE: Once Peplink Care plans are activated, they are non-refundable and non-transferable to another device. They do remain active if you sell your device to another owner.
